Diners at an event at The Dome last week will be looking at eating out with fresh eyes after taking part in an innovative dining experience.
The ‘Dining in the Dark’ event took place on Wednesday, October 14th and saw guests enjoy a three-course dinner – without even setting eyes on it!
The event, thought to be the first of its kind in the UK outside of London, saw the culinary treat cooked and served by students as part of their catering course at Buxton & Leek College.
